Use a Decode Battery? or new cell + spot-welding? why ?
Many customers think that decode battery / new cell +spot welding is the only way to avoid "Non-Original pop-up message" and showing "Genuine Parts" and to bring up the extra value to the secondhand phones or refurbished phones, but do we really understand the difference between them?
Well, please follow my footsteps and learn more about their differences!!!!
How it works???
Decode Battery
1.Don’t need to do spot-welding(Plug&Play)
2.Automatic battery programming.
3.It will not be affected by the aging of the older original BMS)
4.it can be completed even without any experience in mobile phone repair.
New cell+ spot-welding
1.Phone repair experience is required.
2.Spot-welding machine is required.
3.Time costly.
4.it'll affects by the used/times of older originally BMS flex.
5.Lowest cost option!
Biggest different point
Use decode battery, the older originally BMS flex just handle to unlocking for the phone for a few sec when the phone to booting and to show "Genuine Parts" .
Use new cell + spot-welding with older originally BMS flex , the older originally BMS flex is working as normal, so when the older originally BMS is used/charge times is over 300 times, 500 times, 1000 times.
This will cause different degrees of voltage limitation .
For example
IP11/12 series standard limit voltage is 4.45V .（See picture 1）
IP13/14 series standard limit voltage is 4.47V.
When then charging times is over 300times, 500times, 1000 times, the charging voltage will be reduced,after the voltage is reduced,the more power capacity can't be in even you replace a new battery cell.
(that’s the reason why apple will remind us to change a new battery when the battery healthy is lower than 80%)
When the older originally BMS flex charging times more than 300 times , capacity loss is around 5% even use a new battery cell.
When the older originally BMS flex charging times more than 800 times , capacity loss is around 8% even use a new battery cell.
When the older originally BMS flex charging times more than 1000 times, Capacity loss is around 13% even use a new battery cell. (See picture 2)

So even you replace standard capacity new cell , the user will feeling the capacity and the battery life same as the one before replace , that's why our StellarXcell Ultra cell is high capacity ,which is 10% more than standard capacity cell.
